Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from China. Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout based on the delivery destination.

Standard shipping is free for Australian orders over A$129. International shipping is free for eligible destinations on orders over A$200. The store is not available to customers in mainland China.

Delivery estimates are provided before checkout where available. Final timing can vary with carrier delays, destination, and handmade order preparation time.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
